At SUN SEA AIR yoga & wellness, we strive for the essence that each class was curated just for you! Because our class sizes are smaller, we are able to offer suggestions in the forms of cueing, modifications, and props to help the individual level each class in an appropriate way. And, if you need a little spice, or want to explore your evolutionary edge, we'll offer kramas (or stages of a pose) that make you work a little harder and take you a little deeper. This concept will help students cultivate personal and self agency, making our classes all-level experiences.
Ride the waves of your breath with a fusion of classical and innovative movements designed to help YOU find your personal state of flow. Being in that blissful state of flow is what draws students back to this class over and over again! Suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Rooted in Ayurveda, this class explores movement, pranayama (breathing exercises), concepts & insight that cultivate a deep, intuitive, inner and outer connection - to yourself and to the world around you. Naturally we feel different in the summer versus the winter, and this class teaches us how to navigate those differences. This class is 75 minutes and suitable for all levels.
A Yoga4men offering. This all-level, slow-paced class focuses on the alignment of each pose, strengthening and lengthening the body, centering the mind with breathwork and meditation, while targeting some of the common areas men feel tension like the shoulders and hips. Align with other men in the community and emerge balanced, strong and renewed. This class runs 75 minutes.
Begin to find joyful movement again with this holistic, mindful offering. We understand, first hand, that back injuries can zap the joy from everyday life. This class moves slow and mindfully to help you find supportive movement patterns to get you going again. You will also enjoy this if you are just looking for a very gentle class. Suitable for all levels. Always consult with your practitioner before beginning new exercise.
Explore the inner landscape of your being with breath, movement and mindfulness. This offering combines the activation and receptivity of Vinyasa Flow movement with deep, healing, restorative practices that help to regulate the nervous system, break up energy stagnancies, and promotes strength and stamina. All levels are welcome to attend.
