Because our class sizes are smaller, we are able to offer suggestions in the forms of cueing, modifications, and props to help the individual level each class in an appropriate way. And, if you need a little spice, or want to explore your evolutionary edge, we'll offer kramas (or stages of a pose) that make you work a little harder and take you a little deeper. This concept will help students cultivate personal and self agency, making our classes all-level experiences.
